Modern House - Luxury House Design in Manhattan Beach

The modern luxury house with magnificent shining exteriors covered by Mangaris wood and matching staircase is designed and built by the architect designer Steve Lazar. A small stream of water flows on the riverbed stones side by side the wooden staircase. The three story modern house is built using Japanese wood Mangaris. This is his family home with a magnificent view of the sea. Manhattan Beach is a coastal town of rich and wealthy people with the highest cost of living in America. It is only 19 miles away from Los Angeles. Real estate prices are very high here and properties with ocean view cost even more. Manhattan Beach has approximate 2 miles of beach front that covers almost 40 acres of recreational area. Manhattan Beach is rich in natural beauty. It has plenty of parks and parkways covering approximately 48 acres by the major parks and 21 acres by the Manhattan Beach Parkway.

The three story contemporary house is built with sliding glass doors and large windows that allow coastal breeze to flow around the house. They also offer a beautiful view of the seashore from inside the house. The designer has created many open spaces in the house that are used as sitting areas. Living room is on the first floor of the house with a huge patio. The patio is decorated with beautiful lights and decorative plants. Outdoor room is created with a big stuffed outdoor bed and a side table. The outdoor space looks like a comfortable retreat in front of the sea.

Interiors of the entire house have a stunning visual effect. They are done in modern contemporary style. Wooden flooring with white walls creates a warm and inviting ambiance. White furniture with green and blue accents gives relaxed feeling. Colorful mosaic tiles with stainless steel as accent are used for the kitchen and bathrooms. Recessed lighting is perfect to illuminate beautiful interiors. Decorative ceiling fans among wood covered ceilings look very stylish. White sconce lights are used to decorate walls. Almost all the accessories are sleek, elegantly shaped and in white color. Bedroom has a stylish bed with an elegant wood cabinet. Wood work in all the rooms is neat and very attractive. Bedroom opens in a small balcony with a view of the sea. All the windows in the house have dark brown shades. The glorious Manhattan Beach house interiors and exteriors are nature inspired and incredibly beautiful.

Modern House - Elegant modern home design

This is an example of a modern and elegant home design. A luxurious home with a contemporary design that most of the walls of glass. With a design like that then the light will easily fit into the room so that the interior of the house into a healthy home and not stuffy. This home design is the design of the Bauhaus architect Residence project in Haifa, Israel. The designers deliberately use glass to create a healthy home design home interior design shows at once so it looks from outside the home. These designs require interior’s beautiful to be rapid because if the interior is not in order to look neat it would not be impressed. Besides the arrangement of light also must be careful because the bulkhead between the room in the house most of the glass so if it is not clever play of light, the light will be mixed between each other space and resulted in his view was not good interior design. Modern House - Awesome Featured ‘Screen House’

The Screen House is one of great former architecture work of 1954 in a suburban neighborhood on a hill prow, New Westminster, British Columbia. Then Randy Bens Architect were asked to handle the refurbishment project to make it more modern, comfortable, and fulfilling the needs of the client about a living and working space.

The renovated house was redesigned with additional floor upstairs. It was a request of the client that wanted to make the area upstairs for the parent and main floor for the children. Master bedroom, art studio, and a deck were placed on the upper floor as the space for the owner to take a rest, working, as well as enjoying the entertainment. The newly renovated house becomes fresh with the new performance and simple gestures.

The architects applied new touch on the second floor exterior; horizontal screen for the access of view and natural light. The horizontal screen also gives advantages to the living room so that it feels more comfortable and restful as well as nice natural lighting into the living room of the renovated house.










Modern House - Oceanfront Zeidler Residence

The awesome Zeidler Residence was a oceanfront house designed by Ehrlich Architects on 3,500 square feet area in Aptos, California. The house is specially designed for a retired as a comfortable living space with wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean.

The residence is partitioned into two structures with a sheltered courtyard as the connection. The house was designed to be double height with full glass panels that maximize the views of the blue ocean. There is a roof deck upstairs where the homeowners can enjoy the ocean view much more as well as having some recreational activity such as barbeque time. They also have a petanque court in the front yard as their most favorite leisure.

The main house consists of three spacious bedrooms, kitchen on the second floor, a deck with ocean view, swimming pool in the courtyard, as well as a guesthouse. Overall, the house has been beautifully designed for such awesome area with concrete block, stel-trowled stucco, and rheinzink as the materials.

Modern House - A Forest Surrounded Wimberley House

A house surrounded by a forest will certainly become a wonderful living space since we can enjoy the awesome view and qualified oxygen every day. The 5,000 square feet Wimberley House designed by Cunningham Architects is a sample of a well designed architecture project in an area surrounded by forest of Juniper trees and native oak on the Texas hill country.

The house architecture is designed in ‘L’ plan with one wing for private area such as bedrooms and social area such as living room, dining room, and kitchen in another wing. The architecture is designed to be two boxes; glass pavilion and stained cement fiber board that are connected by glass hallway that gives the views of lush forest.

The house design is also completed by a rooftop patio where the family can gathering while enjoying the nature view surround the house. The patio is also made as a rain harvesting surface connected to water tank with 40,000 gallon capacity, so that it can fulfill the water needs of the house. Besides, the house design is also energy efficient so that balance the nature surrounds it.
